Our tour starts with a visit to the Corinth Canal. The Isthmus of Corinth is the narrow land bridge which connects the Peloponnese peninsula with the rest of the mainland of Greece, near the city of Corinth.
Our next stop is Ancient Corinth. Corinth was a city-state (polis) on the Isthmus of Corinth, the narrow stretch of land that joins the Peloponnese to the mainland of Greece, roughly halfway between Athens and Sparta.
After a wonderful scenic drive through the valleys of Peloponnese, we'll pay a visit to the Acrocorinth. Acrocorinth was the acropolis of ancient Corinth. It's a monolithic rock overseeing the ancient city of Corinth, Greece.
