Nature park Dinara Hiking Tour

Climb the highest peak in Croatia - Dinara 1831 masl. Dinara is a mountain located on the border between Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. The top can be reached from the Glavaš village, and the ascent takes about 3:30 to 4 hours. Above the Glavaš village there are ruins of a fortress and an old picturesque tower. Half-way to the top there is a hiking shelter Martinova košara, in what used to be a shepherd’s summer cottage.
The ascent along the path from the village of Mirkovići is also wonderful, we pass through an old black pine forest, enjoy grassy and shady places, then we reach the most beautiful small shelter on Dinara, where we will rest and enjoy before the final climb to the top.
We can`t forget to mention that there is also a third option to stand at the top of Croatia. With an off-road vehicle, we will get very high, just an hour or two of climbing to the top, and on the way we will also visit a mountain shelter with wonderful views, maybe you want us to prepare a barbecue for you? Enjoy the off-road ride with us, we will pass through an old beech forest, see old shepherds' dwellings, as well as the roads that our ancestors walked with their cattle.
Dinara trail is preferably to be hiked from March to November, but winter hike is also excellent.
The start of the ascent is about 1½ hours of drive from Šibenik, and the drive through the Dalmatian hinterland is very scenic.

This is not a technically demanding hike and you will not need to use hands to climb or scramble.
Let's mention that this is a full-day tour, which you will definitely not forget, we will do our best for it, believe us - we know this mountain very well.
