The National Garden of Athens, once called the Royal Garden, covers a vast area of about 38 acres and it is the perfect place for a peaceful walk.
Although is located in the most central spot of the city, it remains quite and relaxing.

Take your practice to the great outdoors and join us at the National Garden of Athens for a Hatha Yoga Session. The perfect way to combine seeing Athens, spending time outdoors and in nature whilst continuing your practice.

Breathe in the fresh air as we move our bodies and calm our mind. The class is suitable for all levels and abilities to come and practice whilst benefiting from everything that outdoor yoga has to offer.

*Hatha yoga sessions

Hatha: Focusing on breath and calming the mind to work through postures and find more ease in movement. Allowing the bodies to release stored tension whilst also increasing strength and flexibility.

*Mats are provided for participants and cleaned thoroughly after each use
*All sessions are provided by a licensed yoga instructor

Bio:
Isabella is a yoga instructor from London specializing in Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin. She teaches all levels and abilities as group classes and one to ones. A professional dancer and instructor with over 10 years of experience yoga was a natural progression and Isabella has been teaching yoga, both in person and online, since completing her teacher training in 2020.

Combining all her knowledge and experience she creates dynamic and playful classes utilizing breath as the stimulus for movement, to flow and delve deeper. Her teaching style, much like her life off the mat, embraces both the yin and yang of life.
